A Tiny Toez Nursery Manager provides day-to-day leadership for the nursery, supporting colleagues to deliver a warm, safe and engaging early years experience for children and families.
The role brings together people leadership, safeguarding, early years practice, communication with families and the organisation of a busy nursery.

Nursery management combines excellent early years practice with people leadership, organisation, safeguarding and strong relationships with families.

Promote a strong safeguarding culture and help ensure policies, procedures and professional responsibilities are understood and followed.

Help keep the setting organised, well communicated and running effectively for children, families and colleagues.

A good understanding of quality early years practice and children's development.
