At Tiny Toez, the wellbeing of our team is at the heart of everything we do. On Tuesday 20th October, every one of our nurseries took time to pause, reflect and reconnect after a busy and exciting start to the new academic year.

Making space to recharge.
With the new term bringing the joy of welcoming new families and reconnecting with our returning families, our practitioners have been working hard to make sure every child feels happy, safe and supported as they settle into their learning and development journeys.
This term's wellbeing theme, Reset and Connect, was all about making space for our team to recharge, reflect and focus on their own wellbeing. As early years practitioners, our staff play such an important role in creating nurturing, positive environments where children can thrive, and supporting their wellbeing is just as important as supporting the children and families in our care.

From gift bags and afternoon teas to a few quiet moments with a wellbeing check-in, teams right across Tiny Toez took time to look after themselves and each other.

Tiny Toez – Cannock Chase
Our Cannock Chase team enjoyed a buffet together, celebrating a simple message: our nursery staff are amazing!
Tiny Toez – East Staffs
At East Staffs, every member of the team had a personalised mug and treat pack waiting for them on an autumn Reset & Connect table.
Tiny Toez – Lords & Ladies
The Lords & Ladies team sat down to a well-deserved afternoon tea, with a reminder for everyone: happier minds, healthier bodies, brighter futures.
Tiny Toez – Tamworth
In Tamworth, the team shared a long autumn table and afternoon tea, with a little gift for everyone to say thank you for “Bee-ing awesome”.
Tiny Toez – Treehouse
Treehouse created a positivity jar for colleagues to leave kind notes about one another, alongside wellbeing gift bags, a hot chocolate station and breakfast treats.
