My name is Chris, I have been working with children for 25 years, and the Manager at Tiny Toez for the last ten years. The role is very rewarding, we always aim to provide the highest quality of care for all of the children at our setting. The role is busy and diverse, with a different aspect each day. We all aim to make positive relationships with parents/carers, as the first five years are crucial years for children when they learn most rapidly, and where their learning and experiences at nursery helps to prepare them to be school ready.

Our nursery is a safe, happy, caring and secure where each child is valued, we aim to engage the children in  the highest quality teaching and learning environment to give them the best start in life. Personal, social and emotional development is a priority, we will help them to develop positive relationships, play with a variety of friends, and start to understand self-regulation. We focus on communication and language, helping children with speech, we have core nursery rhymes and books in each room so the children learn these by heart.

We have trained experienced staff, who respond to your child’s individual needs, it is busy, but relaxed, staff encourage the children to engage in activities in a happy and purposeful way. We have a lovely outdoor play area, this helps children’s well-being, deepens nature connections, and gives them space for enhancing neuro and physical development.
