At Tiny Toez, we believe that every child deserves a space that encourages independent discovery and spontaneous learning. Our environments, both indoors and outdoors, are thoughtfully designed to support your child's journey, always guided by our caring and dedicated staff team.
Our pedagogy is inspired by the Curiosity Approach, promoting a love for exploration and discovery in every child.
Safety is paramount. We meticulously carry out safety procedures and measures, reviewed annually. For added security, we have a fingerprint system on our main door, and all our staff are trained in workplace Health & Safety. Our Manager and Deputy Manager are trained in Safeguarding of Children.
Our commitment to nutrition is unwavering. We offer a 4-week Summer and Winter menu with locally sourced, fresh ingredients. We ensure that our meals are nutritious, with a vegetarian option always available. We promote healthy food choices and encourage children to understand the importance of their dietary options. We offer food tasting choices, and our staff serve as positive role models. Milk and water are readily available, with all our staff holding a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
Our outdoor area is designed with safety in mind, featuring a slip-resistant, soft surface wet pour material. The outdoor area is divided into two sections, one for children aged 0-2 and the other for children aged 2-5. Here, children can explore the natural environment, grow vegetables in raised beds, and engage with large building materials and equipment. Our outdoor sheltered area allows exploration in all weathers, promoting curiosity, early literacy skills, and sparking imagination.
We offer funded places for 2, 3, and 4-year-olds, with assistance available for online applications. We guide parents on how to apply for 30-hour funding and tax-free childcare.
We provide childcare services for children aged 12 weeks to 5 years old, with specialized rooms designed to meet their developmental needs.
Baby Toez (0-2 years): Our youngest learners benefit from a nurturing environment, focusing on self-regulation, executive functioning, and the Prime areas of the EYFS.
Little Toez (2-3 years): Children start to learn two or three-step directions, express a wide range of emotions, and develop independence while learning through music, stories, and play.
Preschool Room: Our preschool room offers endless opportunities for individual development. Children are encouraged to make choices, fostering confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Tiny Toez @ East Valley is open from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
We welcome parents to visit our nursery, either by contacting us or by popping in at your convenience (excluding lunch hours from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM).
Stay informed with our online portal, Famly, where you can view photos and videos of your children playing at the nursery and track their individual PLODs. We also share updates on Facebook and Instagram, featuring recent events and activities.
We believe in a child-led philosophy, allowing your child to choose activities that align with their interests, fostering joyful learning across the Prime and Specific areas of the EYFS. Our practitioners extend activities to provide ample opportunities for learning and personal growth.

Our pricing is transparent, our fees for all child age ranges are £45 for half day sessions and £72 for a full day.
We also offer full-week rates and funded hours for eligible children. Additionally, we provide holiday care for children up to five years old.

Hi, I’m Debbie, the Early Years Manager at Tiny Toez East Valley. With over 20 years of childcare experience, I’ve been part of Tiny Toez since 2014. I have a Level 3 NVQ in Children’s Care, Learning and Development, a Level 3 certificate in First Line Management, as well as qualifications in Mental Health First Aid and Understanding Autism. Our journey at Tiny Toez has been rewarding – starting with a good rating, we proudly achieved an OUTSTANDING status in April 2023. My aim at Tiny Toez East Valley is to support our incredible team in providing children with diverse opportunities for exploration and excitement. I strongly believe in nurturing the wellbeing of our staff, fostering a positive and respectful work environment. I actively promote mental wellbeing awareness through wellbeing days for our team.
