Butterfly Week

Learning intentions:

To start to develop an understanding of growth, decay and changes over time, to learn about healthy food Hungry Catterpillar book.

Changes as caterpillar turns into a cocoon and then a butterfly – life cycles

Encourage children to speak and share what they already know about butterflies.

Older children are learning about symmetry, looking and naming  the different colours on the wings.
