All our nurseries are subject to regular inspection by Ofsted as well as our kitchens being inspected by Environmental Health Officers. We are very proud of our inspection reports which you can find here.
Over the years we have received an array of awards. You can see some of these HERE. Since Covid, we haven’t been focusing so much on awards, but we are pursuing accreditations and excellence in many areas and we have plenty of families who are delighted with what we do. You can read some of our testimonials on each of our nurseries pages.
At each of our nurseries the staff team is led by a qualified and experienced Nursery Manager. Most of the team members are also qualified while others will be working towards their qualifications. As a Group we are keen to encourage the next generation of practitioners and managers, through training and Continued Professional Development (CPD). All the team regularly attend training and take up opportunities to upskill and share their skill set across the Group.
We are always interested in hearing from qualified and experienced practitioners. We care very much about the care and education we offer. Some of our nurseries have been pursuing the Curiosity Approach for a while now, while others are at the very start of their Curiosity journey. If you’re an apprentice or considering going to college, we do employ apprentices and students. We sometimes have vacancies for lunchtime support too. So do get in touch and see about a career with Tiny Toez.
